Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to process and ship out all orders within 3 -5working days.
- Courier arrangements will be made on orders placed before 5pm for pick up on next day (only weekdays). For orders that made after 5 pm, it will consider as next working day. Working days Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.40pm. Excluding all Public & Bank holidays.
- Every product carries different shipping charges based on the weight and box dimensions. Therefore, charges will be shown in the final statement or invoice
- We reserve the right to change the delivery charges without prior notice
- All taxes, duties and other fees, if any are to be borne by clients
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes
- Please take note that the delivery charges are based on per transaction per delivery

It will be the buyers responsible for the goods as soon as delivery has been made and signed for. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery assignment note at the time of the delivery. Beautine will only deliver item/items ordered to the address issued upon order date. Please note ordered item/items will not be left without a signature. If any of the item/items are received in a damaged condition or if there are any other irregularities the buyer must inform the seller in writing within 7 working days of the delivery. Kindly refer to Refund and Exchange Policy.
